Written documents pursuant to Articles 3.9, 4.4, 4.23, 4.24, 5.11, and 5.13 sent in accordance with individual provisions hereof must be delivered by registered mail to the latest known address of addressee. In the event any dispute on date of delivery arises, the registered mail is deemed delivered on fifth day from registration of the mail for transport.
