Regular members have the right to take part in deliberations of General Meeting and their representatives may be appointed to bodies of Association. They have right to express their opinion on documents presented and to ask for proper respond to their proposals, to ask Supervisory Board to revise economy of Association. They have the right to participate in preparation of budget, the right to consult all the documents, to ask for explanation and to approve economy of Association and its Financial Statement in General Meeting.
 

Associated members have the right to take part in General Meeting, elect their representatives into Advisory Board, participate in activities of Board of Directors and Supervisory Board via Advisory Board, present proposals and comments to bodies of Association via Advisory Board and ask Supervisory Board for control of economy.
 

Honorary members have the right to present their proposals to Board of Directors and General Meeting. Honorary member has the right to take part in General Meeting as a guest. Honorary member is exempted from paying fees.
 

All members have the right to participate in work of expert committees.
 

Members are obliged to pay the following:

a)	Registry fee set froth by General Meeting;
b)	Membership fee in amount se forth by General Meeting;
c)	Other payments for services provided for by Association and its bodies for members in amount set forth by Board of Directors.

Annual membership fee is due in two installments before June 30 and December 15 of calendar year.
 

Newly accepted member is obliged to pay proportional part of membership fee. Proportion is calculated from 1st day of the month when a new member was accepted into Association.
 

Registry fee shall be paid in full extend without respect to date of acceptance. Membership fee is due in 15 days after approval of acceptance of regular member by General Meeting, possibly or associated member by Board of Directors.
 

Other payments for services shall be paid in amounts set forth by Board of Directors (5.5.c) upon proper account.
 

In the event payments set forth in Article 5.5 are delayed for more than 30 days, Association is entitled to charge interest on late payment in amount of 0,05% for each day of delay.
 

In the event a member is in arrears with settlement of fees (as of 5.5) from more than 30 calendar day, Executive Director shall send him written request to settle such fee in 15 business days. In case of no respond from member, Executive Director repeats the written request with term for payment in 10 business days. In case a member does not respond to the second request for payment, Executive Director informs Board of Directors. Upon such fact, Board of Directors may propose General Meeting to exclude non-paying member. In the event non-paying member settle his obligations including interest on late payment before voting of General Meeting on his exclusion, proposal for exclusion is taken back from agenda of meeting. Exclusion from Association is without prejudice to right of Association to ask payment of due amounts.
 

To finance joint projects, regular and associated members pool finances on separate bank account. Finances are gathered upon voluntary expressed interest to participate in project. Finances are used for paying suppliers who issue an invoice to individual member, participating in the project. Only those members who have participated in project financing have rights to exploit project result unless 2/3 majority of shares decides differently.
 

Member must not act contradictory to subject matter of Association's activities defined in Article II hereof.
 

Such member who breaches Articles of Association or acts contradictory to commonly respected ethic rules of doing business, may be reprimanded upon resolution of General Meeting. In case of serious breach of Articles of Association, resolution of the General Assembly meeting, or professional ethics, such member may be excluded upon resolution of General Meeting.

Members have the right to mention membership in Association in their business activities.
